Acupuncture

Calm the mind/body. Activate the body's self-healing mechanism

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to treat pain, and a wide range of internal conditions, including allergies, insomnia, stress and anxiety. Fine sterile needles are inserted into the skin on specific points along the nervous system. Stimulation of these points improves circulation, boosts the immune system, and reduces inflammation.

Sports Medicine

Improve mobility, performance and recovery

You don't have to be an athlete to experience sports medicine. These sessions focus on muscular issues often stemming from overuse, repetitive use, or acute injury.
Musculoskeletal  injuries are almost always a result of cumulative postural and physical imbalances.
A thorough physical assessment is performed to find imbalances, and determine which muscles need to be strengthened, and which need to be relaxed. A combination of Acupuncture, muscle testing, trigger/motor point needling, cupping, massage, corrective exercise and herbal supplementation may be used to influence your body to return to proper postural and athletic movement.

Cupping

Promote circulation, eliminate toxins

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine. Today, you may hear it referred to as Myofacial Decompression, a Sports Medicine Technique use to improve mobility through fascial release and neuromuscular re-education. It is an excellent therapy for athletes, or anyone who has pain.
Special cups are placed on the skin to create suction. The vacuum formed by Cupping draws up old non-circulating stagnant blood and sticky fluids away from the injury. Healthy free circulation is restored to the affected area, thus creating space for oxygen, living cells and nutrients for faster recovery.

Deep therapeutic massage

Improve flexibility, correct neuromusclular imbalances

Massage therapy is a must for anyone who engages in regular strenuous activity for work or recreation. For athletes wanting to improve performance and recovery, this technique is an ideal complement to a total conditioning regimen.
Your session begins with a thorough intake process; continues with a combination of manual muscle testing and postural assessment to diagnose dysfunction in the body; and culminates with deep tissue therapeutic massage and stretching to increase circulation, improve range of motion, and restore balance to muscle pairs.

Corrective Exercise

Improve form and function

Assessment and functional movement training is used to fix the cumulative results of stresses placed on the body, helping to restore and maintain posture, balance, mobility, and stability, which allows the body to move freely and without pain.

Herbs and CBD

Reduce inflammation, maintain health, increase longevity

Herbal medicine has been studied and utilized for thousands of years, and remains the world’s oldest, safest, and most comprehensive system of medical care.

With the rise of opioid dependence and harmful drug side effects, it is not a wonder that  patients in the U.S. are increasingly turning to herbal remedies.

Unlike the modern approach of isolating one "super food" and consuming large quantities of it, Traditional Chinese Medicine combines multiple plants, and minerals  into a complex and balanced formula; if one herb has a side effect, another herb will be included to counter it. This balanced approach is a powerful yet gentle way to help regulate all the systems in the body so that you can feel better, heal faster, sleep soundly, and recover from physical and mental stress.
